My team is responsible for supporting the integrated technical systems across Spyder's global organization. This includes JD Edwards, SAP, the inventory management and barcode scanning solution RFSmart, Square Retail and others. We also support the peripheral systems such as EDI, SQL Server Integration Studio and the use of SQL Server query language and reporting.I was most recently given the opportunity to serve as Project Manager for Spyder's latest 3PL implementation. This involved successfully transitioning technical and operational processes, including Ecommerce and integrating EDI systems between organizations and ultimately ensuring JD Edwards is transacting successfully and accurately. I have also supported projects Including a bonded distribution center implementation in Antwerp, Belgium, an RFSmart upgrade in Wolfurt, Austria, and a full ERP system upgrade from JD Edwards 8.9 to 9.1.I have been given many opportunities inside and outside the IT team. I have been able to use my cross-functional skills to become a valuable contributor at many levels of the organization.

My role is to support JD Edwards and the 80+ Spyder users across the globe. I participate in CNC efforts, develop OMW projects, manage user security, menu adjustments, UBE scheduling, and more. I work with users across the organization to identify process gaps and provide solutions within the customizable JD Edwards system. I also support peripheral systems around JD Edwards.

Data mine raw transactional data and develop reliable, timely commission models for $100 mil medical device manufacturing company. Consider unique iterations of variable commission plans with multiple metrics and milestones per executive. Distribute individual commission statements to over 30 domestic account executives across the world. Serve as data expert for reliable sales information to be used for commission, bonus payouts monthly, quarterly and annually.
