I'm an enthusiastic and highly organised individual, who over the years, has been lucky enough to work with some of the UK's most creative agencies in various roles within the Creative Services/Operations space.As a Creative Operations leader I'm passionate about creating the right conditions under which the best creative work is managed and produced and believe that with the correct processes, people and culture in place, it can prove to be one of the most important assets in a modern agency or in-house creative environment.I have experience in mentoring and managing both small and large teams of project managers/creative producers, creative teams and designers, with a track record of building and managing diverse, happy and loyal departments. People and looking after their wellbeing matter to me. I love to work with any creative business, agency or in-house team, where I can use my skills and experiences to help them. I’m happy with both ‘hands-on’ and management roles. I now live in Glasgow and I am open to hearing about opportunities, either remote or hybrid, that work with me being based in this city.
