Third Rotation - Professional Development ProgramManaged off-shift operations of a high capacity production line (~220MM units/year). Supervised 15 member team and was responsible for all shift operation. Improved operating rate and up-time by 10%, each, and reduced operating inventory by $150,000/year. Led cross-functional team during post-recall plant restoration.

Second Rotation - Professional Development ProgramDeveloped and implemented in-process quality metrics and testing for key biologic products (Humira) to allow for early detection and correction of mid-batch process anomalies.

First Rotation - Professional Development ProgramOversaw roll out of corporate IT system for Regulatory compliance, trained 100+ users, and performed end-user support. Led development of next generation software package to address new user requirements and changes to global regulations.
