Built and led global product marketing function for Beamery. - Developed new product messaging framework with clearer value propositions and benefits; contributed to improved MQL to SQL conversion (3% to 8%) and a successful application to Tech Nation’s Upscale programme- Created new product launch strategy to drive distribution, grow market awareness and coordinate global teams; lead global launch of Beamery 5.0 with first virtual summit, attracting over 2,000 registrations; and generating multiple enterprise SQLs- Partnered with Product and Customer Success on user research to improve in-app experience; simplified onboarding, product nomenclature and user support campaigns; contributed to increased WAUs (from 53% to 66% in 6 months)- Lead marketing efforts for new sales ABM strategy, creating industry specific solutions content, use cases, case studies, webinars and videos; supported key client wins in new verticals incl. Coca-Cola, Amazon and UBS- Built collateral library of 50+ marketing assets incl. competitor battlecards and pricing, case studies, solutions docs, pitch decks, customer marketing templates and videos; launched Beamery Recruitment Marketing University content initiative, attracting 3,000+ sign ups from companies incl. McKinsey, Facebook and GE- Developed new collaborative processes and forums to deliver regular product and market feedback across sales, marketing, product, customer success, support and finance.
