- Composed, processed and maintained the Technical Assistance Agreement for the site’s largest international contract ($54 million) involving eight signatories and 24 sublicensees inclusive of amendments and rebaselining with no “Returned Without Action” dispositions. The clarity and conformity of the agreement reduced delays by the State Department in approving the agreement, thus ensuring timely contract delivery and cash receipts. - Selected by Goodrich Strategic Business Unit management as the contracts lead on an Integrated Project Team for purposes of reasserting the company’s contractual responsibilities through improved communication methods and discipline, detailed reporting, position papers and requests for equitable adjustments. The IPT successfully overcame critical technical and contractual obstacles, leading to the delivery of dual band reconnaissance products to a Far East customer.- Led department personnel in transferring all contract administration responsibility to Goodrich’s Westford, MA site for plant consolidation purposes. Planning and execution according to plan resulted in the on-time transition of department tasks by the plant closure date of 30 March 2012.

- Eliminated an export-prohibiting license proviso which would have lead to the termination of foreign contracts exceeding $70 million by developing a USG-approved plan in conjunction with program management, engineering and the U.S. Navy. Subsequently worked with Quality Assurance to formalize plan requirements into an ISO 9001-compliant process map to engrain this procedure into the corporate culture. - Received CEO's Special Recognition Award for winning a $22.3 million competitive award for an F-15 dual band reconnaissance pod program with a Far East customer. The program introduced a new podded product line into the market, and improved on the year's projected cash plan by having obtained milestone payments in lieu of the traditional cash-on-delivery normally received from the customer, and continued the company’s long-standing presence in the Far East. - Proposed and negotiated an award from the Naval Research Laboratory for the development of a new reconnaissance sensor for the Wide Area Persistent Surveillance System (WAPSS). The program introduced a new camera into the company's product line, enhanced the company's competitive position in the low altitude reconnaissance market.- Worked with senior management and corporate counsel in the development of due diligence resources for the purchase of Recon/Optical's assets by Goodrich Corporation. This effort culminated in the two companies merging technical know-how, enhancing Goodrich’s portfolio of airborne and space-based reconnaissance.
