I am also responsible for the careers programme within the school that is aimed at students in year 7 through to year 13. This involves: -Organising quality face to face engagements with local, national and international organisations. - Providing students with key labour market information within the local area to help identify career and growth opportunities. - Inspiring students from key groups to widen their choices for future career and education choices.- Arranging careers interviews with key professionals to identify student strengths and areas of interest. - Providing bespoke support to enable disadvantaged students to uncover additional support and opportunities.

Leading a department responsible for planning, teaching and assessing of students for key stage 4 and key stage 5 business. Pastoral lead for students in house system with ages ranging from 11 to 16.

Responsible for the academic and personal progress of 350 students in Year 10.To liaise with HOD to ensure every student was making progress in line with targets and to implement strategies for under performing groups.

Being part of the Year 9 pastoral team to ensure a smooth transition for students in Year 8 as they move across into Year 9. Tne main focus of this is to monitor behaviour, exclusions, attendance and attainment for students across the year group.

Building and designing tutor sessions and well being days for students. These sessions cover a range of topics and issues students face in and out of school including; healthy lifestyles; drugs and alcohol; extremism; mental health; finances; sexual health & relationships and community and are aimed at Years 7 through to 13.

The service allows buyer (business) or creator (agency or freelancer) to request the assignment of or assign the copyright for creative work. It works by facilitating an email exchange containing an agreement and a listing of the creative work, website, designs, copy etc, the rights of which are then transferred between the two parties. The result is a formalised and transparent way to track Copyright transfer and ownership

Main tasks involve completing a business diagnostic looking at the areas of performance and where improvements could be made through the help and advice we provide.

Actively looking to engage individuals and businesses to become more enterprising and entrepreneurial through increasing the awareness of enterprise and the support availbale across the county. A core part of this role involved regular contact with partners and stakeholdesr from across the county to further improve working relationships and collaboration between all.
