I joined Purple Halo as the inaugural team member in the startup agency. As a 360-recruitment consultant, my main responsibility was to identify and bring on board new clients within the data and development sector, aiming to solidify our brand in the market. I focused on the entire spectrum of development and data in my primary market, actively seeking, introducing, and finalizing candidates for various roles.In addition to my core tasks, I also took on the responsibility of facilitating morning scrums and collaborated with the managing director in conducting interviews for potential team members.

Salt recruited me after receiving offers from three distinct hiring managers representing various segments of the business. Consequently, I embarked on my career in permanent recruitment within the development team. My primary responsibility involved overseeing the delivery of front-end development services for Salt's well-established client base.Engaging in numerous training and development sessions, I swiftly grasped the intricacies of the recruitment structure and processes. Notably, within my first two weeks at Salt, I achieved my placement, and by the third month, I successfully billed 44k on my third month of employment.

Prior to my course in Interactive Media, I began to learn basic web-development, starting with the basics of HTML and building websites with tables, learning about design and user experience guided me to complete a college course in Interactive media which covered the Adobe suit in detail, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production and Web-Development.I continued self-educating throughout my course excelling in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.I began to build websites for friends and families, occasionally outsourcing to Blaq Design in York where I eventually took a role as a Front-end Developer and quickly moved into a Senior role, working as a freelancer in my early stages helped me learn how to manage clients, my time and projects from planning and wire-framing through to testing, completion and aftercare.
