For three years, I progressed through an intensive rotational leadership program at Wetzel Brothers. Throughout this process, I engaged in all aspects of a growing, high-profile temporary P-O-P company. The goal? Become an experienced and high-performing resource for our customers!My in-depth rotations included, but were not limited to:- fulfillment management - production- customer service- estimating- marketing- salesI graduated from this program in June 2009.

After graduating cum laude from Marquette University, I wanted to take some time to give back to the community. I applied to and was accepted to be a full-time AmeriCorps member. AmeriCorps is a civil society program supported by the U.S. federal government, foundations, corporations, and other donors engaging adults in public service work with a goal of "helping others and meeting critical needs in the community."My placement was local, for two years, at an inner-city middle school academy for Latino boys. My accomplishments included:- Developing and enacting curriculum. - Building and strengthening relationships with families, volunteers, and community members.- Managing and supervising intensive after-school activity and study hall program. - Recruiting and training dozens of volunteers.
