• Responsible for every aspect of casino, property, and administrative operations for the resort. • Successfully scaled the operation, more than doubling in size to 1100 slot machines, 40 table games, 516 hotel rooms, four restaurants, and a spa.o Continued to advance change by adding a sportsbook, sports betting app, poker room, keno, baccarat, and increasing table games betting limits. • Created and implemented strategies and processes which improved property EBITDA every year and led to 25 consecutive quarters of market share growth, despite significant construction disruption. o Accountable for all resource allocation and budgeting to ensure superior financial performance and enhanced EBIDTA margin.o Collaborated with the Casino Marketing and Slot management teams to properly segment the guest database, develop the appropriate offers, and optimize the slot floor to efficiently grow the business while minimizing expenses.• Developed and mentored a diverse leadership team to effectively execute company directives and be prepared for the growing resort. o Implemented onboarding and training programs which decreased turnover. o Designed and applied a new wage compendium to recruit and retain team members for the resort.o Hired over 500 new team members to support the expansion. • Partnered with state and local health officials to establish industry guidelines for a safe reopening of the casino properties during the Covid-19 pandemic. o Rewrote the entire property operations plan to account for new safety and cleanliness standards and open the property after a three-month closure. o Disciplined, methodical approach resulted in guest satisfaction and profit growth even though occupancy limits were in place.

 Designed the annual promotional calendar to gain market share, maximize casino revenue and minimize expense.  Developed the criteria associated with the promotional calendar to match guest segments with appropriate offers. Worked with the Database Marketing team to analyze trends, evaluate current programs and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly. Evaluated comp ratios and rewards to align them with company reinvestment goals.  Utilized new and proven special events including dinners, concerts, and drawings to drive incremental casino revenue.
