I am passionate about using my skills to enrich people's lives through technology.With over 2 decades of wireless and RF telecommunications experience, I have worked to transformcommunication through 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Mobile Network products.I have evolved from an R&D engineer into quality and testing of products, telecommunicationcustomer support to maximize the benefit of networks, and innovation lead to create work streams.Along with my technical experience, I also lead several innovation projects. Thes projects have allowed me to expand past mobile networks across several industry sectors, including health care, education and environmental science. I love that I get to apply my leadership skills, working in a diverse global team, and being able to provide instruction in all aspects of my career. There I learned that I was more interested in telecommunications. I then changed my course work to match my interest as well as took internships in phone (circuit) switching. I then found that I was more interested in wireless and RF telecommunications. Again, I concentrated my study and internships on this subject. I started interning at Lucent Bell Labs, was then hired as a contractor and then hired full time employee. Through the years, locations have changed and I have been through the transformations to Alcatel-Lucent to Nokia. Currently working in optical telecommunications solutions at Vitex while helping to shape the future of STEM as part of IEEE pre-University.
