Cirrus e-Learning is a division of MKC Training Services Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid Kent College). It is an organisation that is focused on e-learning with its routes firmly embedded in education. MKC Training Services currently delivers training to the Royal Engineers in construction and engineering as part of the Holdfast consortium of companies at The Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME).Cirrus e-Learning draws on the extensive experience gained by MKC Training Services Ltd in producing bespoke e-learning content and I was responsible for leading and managing this growing e-learning business. I worked at strategic level to shape the ongoing success and future direction of the organisation.

Capital B was the employer services team of Bromley College of Further and Higher Education.They offered a diverse range of specialist business to business training and recruitment solutions and I was responsible for taking them to market and meeting various income targets. I offered and managed a range of training solutions including government funded training such as Apprenticeships and QCF work based qualifications, recruitment service, work experience placements, professional qualifications, business support and consultancy and workshops. I worked with local and national clients, from sole traders to global corporations. I worked across a wide range of sectors and also specialised in some sectors such as Financial Services. When meeting employers, my team and I completed an organisational and training needs analysis. This assesses what skills the organisation needs in order to achieve their short, medium and long term objectives and vision. I worked in partnership with employers to develop a training plan and succession plan strategy. I put Apprenticeships at the heart of any talent acquisition and management strategy due to the many business benefits they can bring. I placed a great deal of emphasis on measuring the success and impact that the training has on an organisation. This helps develop business justification for the investment but also the tangible benefits that can be achieved from training, and in particular Apprenticeships.I managed a team of Business Development Advisers, telesales executives and tendering specialists. Together, we offered a professional and excellent level of service to all employers and were proud to bring success to many businesses and our community.
