Following my appointment at Optima we setup a UK operation and recruited first members of staff into an office in Reading, UK. My focus was on Business Development and growing existing markets and opening up new markets and territories.Large corporate sales of Optima's Predict simulation model for operational planning were made into South Central, East of.

I headed up our Public Safety division focussing on fire and ambulance services across the UK and Ireland. My responsibilities included closing new business and building pipeline through marketing and my network of contacts within the industry. I also account managed all public safety accounts covering 60% of UK Fire Services and 80% of UK Ambulance.
