In this professionally and creatively fulfilling role, I was responsible for leading a team of 25-30 full-time talent acquisition managers at ADMI. We worked together with practice owners in the Aspen Dental network to attract, identify, source, and hire 800+ dentists. Our applicant tracking system (ATS) was iCIMS.With 1000+ Aspen Dental practices across 40+ states, every practice is supported by Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI), a dental support organization that provides non-clinical business support services to licensed, independent dentists. ADMI provides a full range of practice support services from marketing, scheduling, billing, payroll, IT, and other business-related tasks. This model allows dentists with Aspen Dental to have the freedom to focus on their patients and provide high-quality dental care while enjoying a secure income, a healthy work-life balance, and a clear path to practice ownership.Aspen Dental-branded dental practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.

~ Responsible for the day-to-day and full life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy of a $110M organization with 2100 employees in 14 states.~ Recruit positions from entry-level to senior executives through active and passive searches.~ Oversee and administer recruiting budget.~ Oversee and administer Employee Referral Program (ERP).~ Liaise with hiring managers at all levels of the organization, including senior management~ Utilize social media, ATS (Ceridian), databases, job boards and aggregators, alumni networking, professional and educational conferences and events, keyword search sponsorship, and more.~ Supervise two full-time recruiters and two other full-time human resources staff. ~ Also responsible for tuition reimbursement, compliance, immigration, and credentialing.
