Craig R. Benson is currently CEO of airPointe Corporation, a private company that provides wireless networking and communication products and solutions. Craig Benson is also a member of Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Compensation Committee of Sycamore Networks, Inc. As master innovator in generating new directions for business expansion, Craig Benson is well suited to take on Sycamore Networks, Inc.'s mission to manage bandwidth solutions for network operators worldwide. Craig Benson sits on two nonprofit boards and teaches courses on entrepreneurship at Babson College, where he is an alumnus. Craig Benson graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, and continued on to attend prestigious Syracuse University to receive his Master of Business Administration in Operations Management. Upon graduation, Craig Benson cofounded a two- man start up that grew to a billion dollar networking solutions company. Leaving business to help find solutions to his state's economic problems, Craig Benson ran for Governor of New Hampshire in 2002 and won by a large majority. With his experience at the forefront of the high-technology industry, Craig Benson's campaign commitment was to use this expertise to save money on state government operations. Craig Benson successfully introduced several new initiatives to reform education, healthcare, and government operations.
