About Craig Burns

As Paradigm’s Chief Information Officer, I oversee the company’s information and technology infrastructure, application development, PMO and cybersecurity program. I ensure that the IT processes for our employees, case managers, and healthcare and insurance partners are optimized to best support the injured workers that we serve. As a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, I have an extensive background in leading information technology teams and processes. Prior to joining Paradigm in 2012, I directed application development and electronic data interchange for Coventry Workers’ Compensation Services. I also led the migration of acquired business from historical systems and processes, maintained and implemented client data exchanges, and oversaw all application development projects.
