For the Technical Computer Support portion of my previous employment, I provided assistance for new and existing company employees with hardware and software issues. This includes all Microsoft products. Installing and configuring software upgrades for 50+ individual workstations and providing training for the new software to the end users was part of my job. Also part of the administrative team in the continuing upgrades of the company's ERP system consisting of setting up security permissions for individual departments, testing of new modules, and creation and upkeep of company procedures.Support the VP of Finance. Duties include: compile and analyze daily reports of current and future billings, backlog, historical data for 3 different departments, budgets, review of customer credit and give advice on how to proceed. Prepare correspondence for customer and vendor relations. Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Collections and managing day to day shipments are also included in this support role.As a Customer Service Representative, I was in contact with both the retail customer, as well as city and state governments.

Responsible for assisting clients throughout the United States. Duties included preparation of paperwork, accuracy of information, maintaining client database and managing of the Customer Service department.
