My role at CCL is a lead developer on internal and external facing projects.CCL’s Assessment Portal application is a web based responsive application capable of handling many simultaneous participant connections and to date has processed over 130,000 surveys and over 14 million responses. The application allows participants to identify and monitor rater survey progress. Allows participants to take their self-survey. Allows participants to download their PDF reports and other associated files. Raters also use the application to complete surveys. Application also maintains profile information as well as background information. The surveys are highly dynamic in content and questions with many different UI metaphors: checkboxes, radio buttons, drop downs, etc. The UI builds itself dynamically based on survey metadata. The Application is culturally aware and supports 15 languages.CCL’s Assessment Scoring Application CCL Access is a web based responsive application that allows for global CCL staff and vendor associates to simultaneously score programs with hundreds of participant and rater surveys in preparation for on-site classroom leadership training. It provides calendar support for viewing program details and rescheduling, viewing and downloading PDF reports and provide all scoring history. Also displays graphical representation of participant’s scoring potential. It uses SignalR for live, real time updates via SignalR.CCL’s Leadership Scheduler Solution is a Master scheduling calendar written with AngularJS. It used ElasticSearch indexing for quick Google like searching over many data points related to programs and participants.Other skills and roles included: architectural lead for server side design using micro-service APIs and service bus messaging hosted in Azure; persistence using SQL Server and Cosmos DB; Continuous Integration principals used throughout project using Azure DevOps; mentoring and leading internal staff and off-shore developers.

My role at Ecolab was a Lead developer and architect for the Survey Management Tool (SMT).SMT is a WPF application implemented in C# using Entity Framework and the MVVM pattern. Ecolab’s SMT application is used by customer facing territory representatives in their day-to-day business. Included over 2000 unit tests to ensure software quality. For this project I performed ScrumMaster duties: maintained the sprint task log; sprint burndown chart; conducted sprint planning meetings, standups and retrospectives.Other responsibilities included: -- Research, review and recommend software development tools for Ecolab development teams including ReSharper, Prism, GhostDoc, Telerik, Agile templates and others. -- Maintain the project’s Team Foundation Server including source control, Scrum template, work flows, user administration and build controllers. -- Design software architectures and project layouts. -- Mentor developers on technologies used by Ecolab Mobile Solutions.I also conducted research and development for iPad, Android and WinRT cross platform application development using Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android with a SQLite database.

ADC is an Intranet based mortgage origination system that allows retail bankers to create loan applications from Wachovia's retail branches. The system consists of four major subsystems: the Intranet front end, an auto loan decisioner, an import application to legacy systems and an administration application. The entire system is distributed across the web farm, application servers, data servers and client machines.• Designer/Developer for the Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) front end. The Intranet application consists of 35 Active Server Pages using a combination of HTML, client-side JavaScript and server-side VBScript. The Intranet application use Adobe Acrobat PDF's as a document delivery mechanism.• Developed core ActiveX components for ADC. These components provide access to the database as well as encapsulating the data structures to minimize the impact of design changes.
