1.) Manage and strengthen the consulting business in EESSA, with a particular focus on geomechanics and pore pressure domains:• Focus on business development, new consulting studies and work in domains, respond to tenders and contribute to proposals/bids. • Ensure that key Halliburton themes (MF, DW & Unc Res) are well covered domains.• Recruit, mentor, train and build an effective HALLIBURTON GEOMECHANICS team for EESSA • Manage the consultant's activities in domains across EESSA. Ensure that the team gets plenty of work and is kept active • Ensure that a Project Manager is assigned to studies/projects and deliverables. If a suitable PM is not available, liaise with the Ops managers to appoint one• Ensure that projects are delivered to budget and schedule.• Ensure that all the team members adhere to ethical codes and that a safe working environment is provided for personnel. • Ensure that we meet the quality standards in our deliverables and meet the needs of our clients as the most senior Peer Reviewer for the domain2. Liaise with Halliburton’s local/NWA BD managers and develop the relationship with Halliburton PSLs. Work closely with the Halliburton PSLs to set business objectives and targets for my team and ensure alignment with the overall company objectives 3. Manage the relations with the wider oil and gas industry related to domain. Increase face to face client meetings and co-ordinate high quality engagements with clients. If required, mobilise other contributors from HALLIBURTON CONSULTING and Halliburton Product Lines to improve the discussions and presentations. 4. Ensure that technical papers are written by the Geomechanics team in EESSA and technical presentations are carried out
