Led training and operations for 200+ personnel and systems. U.S. advisor embedded with a multinational task force (US-Poland) consisting of 5,000+ personnel from the US, Europe, and Asia. Spent two months in Poland training the senior staff of Poland's 8th military rotation to Afghanistan. In Afghanistan, planned, coordinated, and supervised conventional and special operations.

Studied at the University of Iowa while serving in the Mighty Hawkeye Battalion. Worked evenings as a server and training manager in a fine-dining restaurant.

At KWKB-TV, Eastern Iowa’s independently owned CW network, I led local sales efforts, generated new business, and raised brand awareness for customers throughout Iowa. Trained new account executives and enabled the station to cover a larger territory. Analyzed ratings to develop targeted advertising campaigns. Hosted Kids Club hockey events in partnership with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders (USHL).

Withdrew from classes at Arizona State University to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps in April, 2003. After developing a strong passion for service in the Armed Forces, I was medically separated after sustaining an injury during Basic Training.
