Mr. Sager co-leads the Boston office for Provident Healthcare Partners. Via his deep healthcare M&A experience across principal investing, corporate strategy, and sell-side advisory, Mr. Sager has executed over 40 transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side, in addition to other strategic initiatives across a wide range of healthcare industries. At Provident, he focuses on all phases of the advisory process, including sector identification, origination, negotiations, and deal execution. Mr. Sager began his career in the assurance and transaction advisory practices at EY, and has held buy-side roles at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, Optum, and Council Capital.Mr. Sager holds a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a MSA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
