I'm genuinely passionate about people, behaviours and why we do what we do.Every day I choose to inspire, help and empower people to be the best version of themselves, and to consider the impact they have on others.I have over 30 years experience in various industries including: transport, retail, higher education, construction, health care, supply chain and telecommunications. All focused on building a true partnership, to improve key business results, by developing the way people are led and managed.I’m a bit like an ‘x ray camera’ I go beneath the surface to really see what is going on, I'm always curious and make a point of asking the questions that others might shy away from, the questions that unblock thinking and help achieve results.Whether I'm facilitating groups, supporting with cultural change or developing leaders I always deliver Rambutan’s mission, which is to be 'our clients’ true partner as we develop leaders and managers to create inspiring and sustainable cultures that match the aspirations of all colleagues with the ambitions of their organisations'.My personal time is important to me and spending time with my family, listening to music, drumming with bands and playing golf are all high on my list and make me very happy!In fact, whatever I do, I smile.Life is great and I get to help people and amazing organisations be the best they can, how lucky am I?
