From a Regional Account Manager selling into the largest Public Library Systems in the world to being a Sales Executive maximizing a global sales team to deliver products and services to improve learner outcomes has taught me clear, concise communication with all stakeholders results in growth and success for everyone.In my current role, I’m privileged to manage our international business, marketing and selling educational resources and SaaS solutions to the International K12 market, driving growth and bottom-line results through a network of representative, partners, and resellers. Strategic Planning, P&L management, and tactical alignment of a global business plan’s KPIs through CRM is essential, and constantly sharing those plans drives success.Delivering consistent growth in cashflow and EBITDA through efficient use of resources and by adding incremental revenue through new business channels is an ongoing activity. Recent focus on delivering ARR Bookings through a diversified SaaS portfolio has been key to capturing expanding budgets and delivering profitability.Past success in growing the Book Wholesaler, Inc. business fivefold in 8 years was an exceptional experience. This is where communication, training and empowerment drove accelerated sales and fostered an unbreakable team mentality of support.
