Deployed over 300 units, increasing to over 1000+ units the following year, and managed budgets up to $18M.• Delivered very complex and large BC Place In-Building and Macro sites on schedule with excellent customer experience and performance for opening night of BC Lions Game with attendance of over 50,000 spectators. • Successfully designed and project managed deployment of joint Electric Vehicle / cell site stations on Vancouver Parks Board land, facilitating relationships between TELUS, City of Vancouver, Vancouver Parks Board, Metro Vancouver, and BC Hydro to deliver this project on time for Vancouver Festival of Light (Fireworks).
