A highly accomplished management, business development and operations executive with over twenty-five years of experience leading sophisticated organizations, building high performance teams, and consulting in numerous industries including financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and manufacturing. Equally adept at exceeding business challenges during periods of economic constraint or rapid expansion, he is particularly skilled at achieving operational excellence within culturally diverse environments and translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies that improve revenues, profitability, customer equity, and corporate valuations. He has consulted to a breadth of Fortune 1000 organizations and worked within the portfolio companies of some of the top private equity firms, such as The Carlyle Group, The Blackstone Group; Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Company; Providence Equity Partners; Texas Pacific Group; Goldman Sachs; Silver Lake Partners; Welch, Carson, Anderson and Stowe; and Bain & Company.Prior to FortéOne, Craig served as Founder and Managing Partner of ScaleWerks Holdings and Deerpath Holdings, President and CEO of several manufacturing businesses, including two Top 100 US Window and Door Manufacturers, a food manufacturer and a global human capital/strategy consulting firm. He has led the Private Equity consulting practice at a leading operations consulting firm, was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a Fortune 500 IT and services industry leader. His earlier posts include sales leadership roles for a financial services enterprise software developer, and Thomson Financial. He began his career with Lehman Brothers in New York City.
