As a registered Building Engineer, I am fully qualified, and insured to install the Spiral Cellar subterranean cellar into homes, business, and restaurants. The design, engineering and construction around the under-floor wine storage system is completely unique, safe, and energy-saving. You will be amazed at the clever and creative design – accessed via an internal staircase. With several options of glass retractable doors, to trap doors – you can choose to view it from above as a stylish feature, or keep it hidden. We also advise as to location within your property – inside or within garaging or other storage facilities etc. Build time is approximately 2 weeks, end to end. I work with owners for the council planning, supply, and installation. As a fully licensed and insured Building Engineer – my team at Create Construction and I have the skills and the knowledge to ensure a successful project all the way from planning, to building, through to the clean up.
