His experience spans industries such as Defense, FinTech, Nonprofit, and Local Government, giving him a broad perspective on leadership and innovation.Through this work, he managed financial accounts ranging from $4M to $4,000M, founded a Veteran Employee Resource Group for a 100 year old public company, managed the development of a financial management software platform for the Marine Corps, and annually save hundreds of thousands of tax dollars through process improvements. Now as a Principal Change Management Consultant, Craig is helping local governments improve their permitting and capital improvement programs, enabling much-needed infrastructure and development in rapidly growing communities. These improvements have far-reaching effects, helping communities provide more affordable housing, stimulate economic development, and increase the overall tax base.In addition to his professional work, Craig serves as the Chairman of the City of Dripping Springs Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ), a Board Member for veteran non-profits, and a Mentor and Guest Lecturer.
