Hello! Thanks for clicking on my intro to find out a little about me. The photo of me on the banner was taken at my daughter’s year 12 graduation. Bethany has now moved interstate (she ran off with the circus! National Institute of Circus Arts). I have my two boys at home still, Christopher and Daniel, and my favourite person in the world, Maree. We’ve been married 26 years.My entire working life has been spent helping others. I began as a maths/science teacher in the 90’s, then Maree and I spent 10 years in full time ministry in the Salvation Army. I returned to teaching in 2010. I have felt a need within me to pursue a new direction for helping others, and have ventured into working online. I am finding integrated marketing to not only be a way to replace my income as a teacher but a means by which to help others in a more powerful way than I’ve experienced before. I’m talking about helping people to get financially and time free. Can you imagine having a job that provides both of those?What else do I do? I play and coach field hockey. I continue to enjoy playing A grade. I have backed off with the coaching of late due to time constraints. I have coached at club and state level. I enjoy helping kids grow. As a teacher I focus on developing critical thinking.All through my journey in education, ministry and coaching, I have developed my listening skills and furthered my understanding of people by studying some psychology and reading widely on various personality types. I find all of this put together directly applies to working online. As one of my mentors (Robert Hollis) says, 90% of working online is self development / mindset and only 10% is skills.I am journeying towards freedom.
