Full P&L responsibility for outsourced mailroom, shipping & receiving, scanning and production mail services at WorkSafeBC. Selected Contributions:•Conducted a comprehensive business needs analysis, working with key decision makers at WorkSafeBC to identify gaps in mail and distribution processes. •Leveraged analysis to develop improved workflow processes to bolster efficiency and slash cycle times within the mailroom, while factoring in client budget parameters.•Led recruitment and selection efforts, hiring a staff of 12 and taking charge of the onboarding and training process to ensure consistency in expectations and execution of work. •Rose to the challenge of launching Aramark-managed mail and distribution facilities in the WorkSafeBC headquarters in record time, delivering the launch 3 weeks ahead of schedule. •Navigated the day-to-day operations of the mailroom, spanning staff leadership, continuous process improvement, coordination of deliveries between 14 satellite offices, and production scheduling for large-scale mail out efforts. •Drew on a deep knowledge of the business to deliver a value-added centralized print and mail service to WorkSafeBC, spearheading process design and encoding equipment vendor selection, resulting in a decrease in client costs by implementing PDF printing services in-house. •Optimized the distribution of forms, publications and videos at the request of the client, collaborating with Aramark Operations and Sales to create an e-commerce website.
