I am pleased to be using 20+ years of IT consulting experience in my leadership role at TechSur Solutions, based in Herndon, VA. I combine both big-picture strategy with hands-on tactical work in order to achieve maximum growth for companies. TechSur is an 8(a) EDWOSB agile IT company delivering digital transformation solutions and emerging technologies to Federal agencies. TechSur Solutions began in 2016 as a reaction to frustrating conversations about government IT modernization. We believe that government agencies deserve a better answer to their admittedly hyper-complex technical challenges. There is a path forward to transform government work life without sacrificing requirements or excluding current contractors or existing IT platforms. I have intentionally focused on a number of skills over my career in order to drive growth, including: strategy, analysis, capture, and application development across a wide array of platforms. My industry experience focuses in the areas of P&L/operations management, marketing, business development, client relations, and strategic planning. I am able to improve delivery, drive employee engagement, increase customer satisfaction, and secure financial health. TechSur Solutions only recruits talent with a passion for technology, solutions, and the customer. My passions are to build solid teams who are self-sufficient, as well as instilling a culture of customer focus in turnaround and growth environments.
