After selling Mar West Real Estate, I had some available time in my schedule and was invited by the Dean of the SDSU College of Business Administration, to bring my experience into the class room. I ended up teaching multiple sections of an upper division business class on personal development & career strategies, a graduate level class on entrepreneurship & innovation and an undergraduate entrepreneurship class as part of the Lavin Center for Entrepreneurship. It was very fun working with the students!

Including; Panattoni, Opus West, LNR Property Corp., Koll, Master Development, Bacchus Development, Overton Moore Properties, Newport National, H.G. Fenton Co., The Irvine Company, REEF, Boeing, KBS Realty Advisors, American Realty Advisors, Davis-Partners/TA Realty, Prologis and more. We also worked with most of the prominent subdivision & association law firms in California.The company was sold to Firstservice Corporation (NASDAQ:FSRV/TSX:FSV- $2.7B revenues) on Dec. 31, 2012. Also obtained multiple insurance licenses and passed 3 of 4 Certified Financial Planner (CFP) exams before deciding to go the corporate/executive path.
