Technical lead and developer of .net applications with sql server on the back end. Front end applications include asp.net as well as Windows Mobile. Middle tier includes web services, POCO's and a custom DAL developed by LogicalAdvantage.

Service Architect/Developer: Designed and developed WCF services hosted in IIS as well as Windows Services. Used LLBLGen Pro using the Adapter Pattern to communicate with a SQL Server 2k5 backend. Developed a Print Server solution that allows other application to pass files to be printed on specified printers. This solution allows applications to specify portions of documents to be printed to different printers.WinForm/Framework Developer: Used the Smart Client Software Factory to rewrite a modular administration tool. Dynamic loading of modules coupled with user based security allows PCTS to deliver a single application easily configured to a clients needs. Modifications to the SCSF allowed dynamic loading of data based on client configurations and security. Click-once deployment ensures clients have the latest code and allows PCTS to push new modules that are dynamically loaded without recompilation of the core application.

·Work with Sr. Management and Leads from each department to define ACC's Software Development Life Cycle. Tailored the Unified Process to fit our needs.·Assist the Project Manager to define a skeleton work break down structure to be used for all new projects ·Define design level templates and adoption plans of UML with the App Dev Mgr and Lead Architect to define design level templates and use of UML. ·Work with Application Development Manager to implement several continuous integration tools (nDepend, nCoverage, nUnit, CruiseControl.net)·Oversee the progress of each project and solicit feedback from team members on how to improve on our processes and templates. ·Help Jr. Developers estimate development time and work with Sr. Developers to improve on our estimation procedures. ·Share the vision with the CTO on how to interface ACC's applications with other integrators. Recruited to build and support all corporate systems for 200+ consultants. These systems were responsible for Client Billing and Payroll for the entire organization. Solely responsible for their design, implementation and support. Created multi-threaded tool in java to assist in data synchronization for offline users.

Brought on by the CTO to lead the GUI development of the company’s only venture into “shrink wrapped” software. Designed and architected the Java Swing interface utilizing standard OOD patterns. Acquired a Java certification that has since expired.

Lead many projects for Fortune 500 companies from design through implementation and finally to production and support. Received several accommodations for outstanding work by providing tools that empowered users. Projects consisted of enterprise wide groupware solutions integrating legacy systems with custom built applications as well as purchased middleware products. Configured and managed databases and data replication. Frequently required to write plugins to these systems with C++ using built-in API’s and proprietary scripting languages. Implemented high performance algorithms for road mapping GIS overlays in C++. Contributed to the development of ACC’s cross platform API running on MS Windows, Linux and OS/2.
