Craig Ulliott is a British-born technologist, product leader, entrepreneur, and investor.Craig started coding at 12 and, by the age of 16, developed and sold educational software designed to help children with autism improve their language skills. By 19, he had founded a web development agency near London, specializing in cloud-based web applications.After moving to the US, Craig launched Where I’ve Been, a travel social platform that amassed 10 million members before being acquired by TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP).As co-founder and CEO of SocialKaty, Inc., Craig built the Midwest’s largest social media marketing agency, serving top-tier clients like Beanie Babies and AAA. SocialKaty was acquired by Manifest Digital in 2014.Craig also co-founded Belly, Inc., where he served as CTO and Head of Product. Belly, a universal loyalty platform, was backed by $40M in venture capital from Andreessen Horowitz. Belly grew to serve 13,000 businesses and 10 million users before being acquired by Mobivity (MFON).Craig was an investor and board member at HomeChef, helping the company grow from $1M to $300M in revenue in just three years before its $700M acquisition by Kroger in 2018.Most recently, Craig founded and led Codeverse as CEO, building the world’s first real programming language and development platform tailored exclusively for children. Codeverse offered a unique blend of gamified, interactive learning, brick-and-mortar studios for hands-on coding experiences, and personalized 1:1 video lessons that allowed kids to progress at their own pace with expert guidance.
