Web-services platform start-up that sold SMB eBusiness tools to enterprise customers like FedEx, Gateway, Network Solutions and Cincinnati Bell.Responsible for managing customer relationships with an emphasis on revenue generation and account management, for developing SMB Marketing programs on behalf of the enterprise customers and acting as a technical liason between our development team and customer projects.Acquired by Digital River [DRIV] in September 2001.

Recruiting company backed internet technology consulting organization.Managed the day-to-day consulting relationship with NEC America and UBS. Lead the development of several internal IT Security projects, including driving out the business requirements, developing and presenting the solution globally.

Nationally recognized newspaper that expanded into digital publishing.Advised, taught and led various groups and other Tribune Company properties regarding Internet technologies and business methodologies. Developed the base for posting the complete newspaper on the internet for the first time.
