Craig Warnock offers an impressive track record as a senior executive in the financial industry. During his 14 years as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice-President and Treasurer of ATB Financial and as a Board Member of ATB Investment Services Inc. and ATB Investment Management, Craig played an integral role in transforming ATB Financial from a government department to one of Alberta’s largest and most successful financial institutions. Subsequently, as the City of Edmonton’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, he spearheaded the centralization of financial services across all City of Edmonton departments, authorities, boards and commissions, with significant results in improving forecasting accuracy and reducing cost over-runs. Since 2010, Craig has served as the CFO of a multinational foreign exchange company, a publicly traded financial services provider and a large private investment firm, with substantial contributions in all 3 companies.These roles have required strategic, agile thinking and in-depth financial acumen to foresee potential issues and to strengthen financial stability in often challenging economic conditions.
