-Support the Managed Account Advisors business within Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management business with over 250 investment managers on the Unified Managed Account (UMA), Consults, US Trust, and Merril Edge platforms. -Interact and communicate daily with Financial Advisors within Merrill Lynch to support and advise on different procedural aspects regarding their client's accounts. -Support and monitor daily trade activity to resolve and correct any trade discrepancies for over 200,000 accounts and over $100 billion in Assets Under Management. -Adjust allocations and trade discrepancies for any discretionary managers to compare with contra brokers. -Correct and cover trade errors in an accurate and timely manner to minimize market exposure and reduce risk for both MAA and Financial Advisors. This also includes calculating profit and loss on trade errors to provide an overall breakdown of monthly, quarterly, and yearly errors for upper management. Concluding the error process includes assigning and allocating trade errors to the responsible party's error account.-Perform TBA and mortgage pool swaps on a monthly basis for both the trading systems and ML systems.-Daily interaction with the Merrill Lynch trading desk, Portfolio Managers, all financial advisors and discretionary managers.
