CurrentCraig serves as the Federal Certification Manager. He leads the Certification effort for South Carolina’s MES projects which will include the Encounter Processing System, Third Party Liability, Pharmacy Benefit Manager and Electronic Visit Verification. He is responsible for drafting the State’s Certification Management Plan as well as the certification training materials for all stakeholders. He is a key contributor to the Advanced Planning documentation and also must ensure that the RFPs contain the necessary certification requirements. He is responsible for facilitating both the CMS Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and the Certification Review (CR). Craig served as a project manager/MES Certification lead for NC's MES program. He has successfully completed certifications using MECT, OBC, and SMC to ensure receipt of CMS funding for the State MES projects. Craig created CMS Certification training material for all stakeholders and conducted the training sessions and was a key contributor to the funding request documentation (APD) specifying Business Outcomes and Performance metrics for each module to ensure approval of federal funding. He also contributed and reviewed all Project RFPs prior to submission for State and CMS approval. He was a MITA SME on the PMO team to provide directions in completing the MITA SSA and documents. Craig served as a Certification Lead and PgMO Sr. Business Analyst. He led the Certification effort for Puerto Rico’s MMIS Financial Management (FM) module implementation. He has completed a successful Operational Readiness Review of the FM module and prepared the project team for the Certification Review (CR). Craig provided leadership and business analysis services responsible for working with the project team client and vendor stakeholders to achieve various project objectives including but not limited to SMC, MMIS and Program Management Office support.
