I am excited to be working with Ceema recruitment as they move into the education recruitment market.As a company who have been recruiting successfully for 34 years this is an exciting opportunity to combine my education knowledge with Ceema's experience.I am a certified recruitment professional with an excellent track record in recruiting the best talent available. I have experience working with SLT and senior management figures and am proud to have placed a variety of roles across education and HR.I have built 2 cold desks and made them into profitable desks through hard work, determination and above all believing that every person has a relevant role to play in today's society.I enjoy many things outside of my work environment. I play golf...badly and I also play rugby for my local team when my broken body allows!!One of my proudest moments was taking the youth from my local charity i support to South Africa as part of a building project. i have been twice on this trip and have been humbled in how this experience has transformed the lives of all that went on it.
