• Supervised all reserve personnel matters to include: recruiting, training management, payroll, career counseling and administrative support to 50 Marines.
• Developed annual personnel requirements and submitted them to headquarters for funding allocations. After funding allocation, managed a temporary personnel budget of $2.6M to hire personnel to support the company.
• Coordinated individual reserve Marine and unit participation to support operations in South America. This included issuing orders, arranging travel, obtaining country clearances and ensuring that proper authorities.
