Incorporated at the outset of the pandemic and serving over 60,000 customers in its first 9 months. The online store kept the markets fresh food traders in business and fed the region with a £1.25M turnover in that first period. The shop has evolved many times and now ships UK wide with its own brand luxury hamper brand 'Phillips & Wilde', 'Grainger Kitchen' Ready meals and continues to expand the amount of Grainger Market traders able to retail on the site.

Monte Cristo Leisure was a small Licensed Leisure company for whom Craig created STEIN BIER KELLER franchise concept.As Business and Creative lead responsible for the day to day management of the company, its properties, operation, finance, development, human resources and strategy.Craig left the business in spring 2010 after launching the concept and operating the business for the first 3 months of Stein's opening.
