I had a high technical aptitude and therefore spent an enormous amount of time working to build new solutions and handle escalations as a subject matter expert. While I welcomed new challenges, I felt isolated, witnessed how organizations were insecure and struggling with the optimal solution; so I discovered that I wanted to be involved more with how organizations would strategically leverage technology.𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏My passion to help transform organizations increased over time.
