I am the founding director of Motus Legal, a non-traditional legal consulting company that specialises in corporate transactions (M&A and capital raising) and advisory. I work with clients ranging from entrepreneurs and family groups, to venture capital or private equity funds, to public listed companies in a broad range of industries including technology, resources and energy, life sciences and financial services.I help clients with angel and venture capital investments and divestments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, licence, teaming and development arrangements, as well as general commercial legal advice. I am listed in The Best Lawyers in Australia in 2017-2025 for Corporate Law, and in 2024-2025 for Commercial Law.
