Client Relationship Manager
Provide post-sales, consultative expertise to Welsh customers so that they realize the maximum value of the portfolio of IT managed services. Responsible for overall retention and expansion of Welsh services across the entire client base. Day to day responsibilities include:Build trust and transparency with Clients by establishing and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Developing strategic programs that increase adoption of all services and to ensure long-term customer success and increase ARR.Advising clients on security profile leveraging Zero Trust Architecture and NIST 800-207 framework.Establishing and evolving processes, methodologies that deliver outstanding experiences, drive strong customer retention, expansion, adoption, and referenceability.
