WWPS Central Solutions Architect

Collaborate with various teams in the organization to develop ad-hoc data reports that meet their project needs and requirements.Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop automation solutions for common tasks relating to compliance, data analysis, and external data web scraping. Develop data pipelines to integrate external data into Tableau reports and recurring data reports for monitoring compliance and goal metrics.Configure and maintain virtual Linux servers to run containerized applications and python scripts. Manage and maintain a Git repository of projects.

Work with application vendors to establish data connections and generate processes, along with our database administrator, to send and or receive data from our Data Warehouse.Generate data visualizations in Tableau and R Programming that are linked to the Data Warehouse to pull live data and provide stakeholders with key performance metrics that guide decisions. Write and maintain guides for applications that are distributed to users and Help Desk personnel to troubleshoot or perform common tasks. Train Help Desk personnel in providing the first line of support for applications that I manage, and I take on escalated cases.

Taught Geometry and Algebra to 11th and 12th-grade students.Serve as school site reporting and data lead, where I work with a team of educators to manage student data and create insightful reports regarding student progress, enrollment, and attendance.Created data processes that are integrated into weekly site meetings to review aggregated school-level data, and student-level data to track the progress of students and identify areas of growth.

A founding staff member of the SIATech Pico-Union school site where I had the opportunity to work with a team of educators to establish school policies, and procedures to maintain compliance.Created enrollment procedures to better process new student admission applications, and developed students orientation.Managed student data in the student information system, and created corresponding student files.Maintained compliance of student data in accordance with the California Education Code.Reconcile student data with data From California Student database, and correct discrepancies in data.

Analyze data of enrolled undergraduate and graduate students and create analytical reports that aid academic advisors in determining progress of students, and predicting class demands. Apply advanced logical operators and Visual Basic Macros on Excel spreadsheets to create quantifiable data of non-numerical inputs.
