Current• Provide a positive experience for new and current subscribers by meeting their utilityneeds and address issues • Diagnose and troubleshoot to resolve problem request• Educate subscribers on how to calculate and read the utility bill• Resolve requests for information, billing, and new service• Issue work orders for loss, degradation, or total loss of service• Prepare disconnect report daily for overnight payments• Provide online assistance for EFT/ACH payments and bills• Respond in a timely manner to online inquiries
