JetLend is the biggest crowdlending platform in Russia with over $600 million in loans issued and over 40 thousand active investors. My role within the team was to provide a consistent operations workflow. I:1. Managed three employees, reached out to other businesses and governmental structures2. Organised the signing and negotiation of contracts3. Interacted with contractors such as lawyers screening and OCR services as a supervisor.4. Controlled, standardised and automated Operations Department’s processes.5. Provided reports and analytics for the CEO.Achievements:1. I cut down on SMS mailing expenses by 50%. I analysed the dataset of all SMS sent during the year using Python, calculated the costs, and then optimised the texts, cases, and amount of SMS sent.2. Successfully returned $200 000 of subsidies on the government program created to support crowdlending platforms.3. Automated financial reports to the Central Bank of Russia by developing a Python script that processes the company’s bank account statements and returns the report. That saved up hours of manual work.4. Found and tested a cheaper and more efficient contractor for OCR service. That lowered the OCR expenses by 17%.5. Using linear regression approach with Python tools I calculated factors in a new partners' reward formula so that the old partners' rewards remained the same.6. Saved up at least two hours of daily workload for my team through processed optimisation.

Alpha-soft is a company that specializes in distributing and supporting IT products such as 1С, AmoCRM and Bitrix. I:1. Reached out to businesses to propose Bitrix products and integration services.2. Followed up with customers from a cold call to a closure3. Conducted product presentations4. Arranged meetings5. Integrated Bitrix 24 products into clients' businesses.Achievements:I managed to pull out 3 old leads that earlier had refused to buy Bitrix products and persuaded them to do so.

MEPhI is one of the most outstanding technical universities in Russia. Six Nobel laureates contributed to the educational process and research at MEPhI. I was lucky to have a chance to work in the Plasma physics department as chief engineer assistant where I:1. Operated the ion-plasma sputtering setup.2. Conducted experiments.3. Did improvement and testing of an ion-plasma sputtering system4. Processed experimental data, drew up reports, and contributed to scientific articles on the topic.Achievements:1. Upgraded the ion-plasma sputtering setup by automating gate valve movement using a three-phase motor and magnetic starters.2. Created over 50 experimental samples of nanometer films.3. Built a scientific article based on experimental data and defended the thesis.
