I was hired to develop iOS applications and later reassigned to multimedia design and project management. During my tenure, I often created the official imagery for the yearly exhibition and its promotional videos, always following the art direction guidelines. I developed multimedia content for social media and marketing, including interviews, promotional and informational videos, animated digital signage, photography, content for large scale LED screens, interactive maps, interactive event invitations, web content, event video reviews, photocalls with automated process, etc. I also facilitated the use of Western Generative AI tools for tasks like audio narrations.As a project manager, in addition to the typical responsibilities of this role, I actively participated in modernizing the company's PM systems, assisted in the selection and onboarding of collaboration tools, implemented backup protocols and installed internal NAS systems. I played a key role in integrating Kanban and 5S methodologies and improving workflow protocols between teams. Additionally, I designed a proposal for a peer-to-peer learning program during quiet cycle segments in order to mitigate risks during peak activity periods and overall improve the team output.Certificates of experience and recommendation letter are available.

For this startup, I developed several enterprise-model iOS applications for the furniture market. I also created the backend system that managed these applications and assisted in UI design and the integration of Unity-based modules provided by an external team.
