▪ Participated in the planning and development of college preparation/preview events for African American, Native American/Alaskan Native, Southeast Asian, Latinx, and Pacific Islander students.▪ Travelled to college fairs to represent the University of Washington and interact with prospective students and their parents.▪ Led campus tours (two tours per week) designed to share the UW experience with prospective students.▪ Served as a member of a committee responsible for the hiring of new student ambassadors, responsible for leading the ambassador roleplay portion of interview.

▪ Advocated for Native American representation by recommending a land acknowledgement be posted throughout the building which resulted in land acknowledgements being disbursed to 17 housing buildings on campus.▪ Responsible for 61 students across 36 rooms within Lander Hall at the University of Washington.▪ Ensured building security for a residence hall of 666 students by conducting building-wide rounds twice per day and be a resource to residents as the Resident Adviser on Call 1-3 times per week.▪ Attended weekly staff meetings for two hours per week and host office hours for residents.▪ Collaborated with other Resident Advisers to organize, plan, and execute at least four events per quarter.

▪ Remotely managed the client-consultant relationship for two small business clients by leading both engagements and organizing weekly meetings with each client over a 10-week period.▪ Designed a comprehensive social media marketing strategy for the initial launch of a startup alcohol producer.▪ Developed a funding and revenue structure to ensure long-term business sustainability while considering applicable 501(c)(3) not-for-profit implications for an online ecommerce business.▪ Conducted various analyses to assess each client’s health, industry, and identify key opportunities or threats; analyses performed: PESTEL, 5-Forces, SWOT, Financial Analysis, and STP.▪ Represented the program at the Foster School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board meeting which includes Foster leadership and 60 CEO’s, Presidents, Owners, and other business leaders.▪ Met with the Foster School of Business Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and provided advice on best practices for serving Native American students which resulted in an invitation to participate in the art selection committee responsible for commissioning indigenous art for the business school’s new building – Founders Hall.

▪ Assisted various professionals within Business Tax Services with the completion of various projects and assignments related to client engagements.▪ Worked with a team of four other Embark interns on a project regarding innovation within campus recruiting.▪ Assisted audit team at client site with various tasks related to performing an external audit (i.e. transaction verification).

▪ Reported directly to and collaborated with the store manager daily to obtain and achieve daily merchandise goals.▪ Built and deconstructed displays throughout the store based upon stock level of products, product popularity, and company sales goals for specific products during defined time frames.▪ Elected member of the store’s Safety Committee and was responsible for actively assessing the condition of the store’s safety and compliance with company safety standards.▪ Awarded four service awards for extraordinary service on the salesfloor.
