• Developed a comprehensive development plan directing $6B in capital investment within the Air Force Continental Group.• Led the assessment of the age, quality, IDP scope and future marketability of all homes, together with capital investment sources and uses annually over 68 years to derive a meaningful and cohesive and cyclical plan to renovate and/or replace homes every 12 to 18 years. • Negotiated settlement of $68M private possessory interest property tax litigation. • Supervise efforts to assess portfolio utilities for optimization.• Guide the development and implementation of a first-of-its-kind 4MW rooftop solar installation at Eielson AFB, AK and other smaller solar projects in Florida.• Sustain strong personal relationships with wing commanders, mission support group commanders and base civil engineers at 6 bases.• Work directly with AFCEC Housing Chief (Col), section chiefs and program managers.• Coordinate and direct the work of Corvias Construction and Corvias Management and other internal support functions.• Representing ownership in separate but related development and asset management roles, I ensure the contractor and property manager are performing above metrics and that their work is fully coordinated internally and with our local and AFCEC partners. • Developed concept for and proposed development of a 336-unit apartment complex at Edwards AFB.

• Implemented Fort Bragg portion of $325M Direct Investment scope that includes renovations of several thousand homes, complex LBP and SFG projects, and improvements to both family housing and single unaccompanied housing. • Managed all aspects including finance, contractor oversight, resident and partner engagement, dislocation and relocation, communications, insurance claim, and potential litigation.• Developed and sustained direct and close support relationships with garrison command and IMCOM.• Directed enterprise-wide engagement of Independent Construction Consultant.

• Executed all local operations including property management, development and construction.• Developed and deployed a 4 MW rooftop solar development at Edwards AFB, CA. Fully responsible for SoCal Edison interconnection and revision of the utility service contract with the base and AFCEC. Developed relationships with AF utility privatization team.• Increased occupancy and revenue at both locations, overcoming challenges caused by mission change and complex development requirements to generate millions is excess revenue at both bases.• Developed and implemented an $11M capital investment plan to increase the marketability of more than 300 (NDSU) homes prior to the out-year development period.

• Led the development of operating budgets, tracking and compliance across the Corvias MHPI enterprise.• Developed and implemented critical path management systems and formal construction schedules and supervised cost control measures across the Corvias MHPI enterprise, providing independent visibility and perspective directly to ownership
