In my role, I work directly with clients to develop, document and implement technical solutions that meet their marketing technology needs. This includes investigating into the clients current technology stack and identifying opportunities to increase value and create efficiencies.

Utilize agile methodologies to gather requirements from stakeholders and customers for the digital marketing platform being developed by the company as well as other software development projects. Work directly with in-house scrum, offshore and locally contracted development teams to complete each project. Managed product roadmap and deadlines using points or hourly driven estimations. Groomed the backlog of requirements for each project to match the business’ or client’s priorities and achieve the most business and customer value. Leveraged rapid wireframing and user stories to illustrate and document product direction and requirements.

Worked with sales to demonstrate the product and identify requirements when on-boarding each new client. Aided internal staff and clients in utilizing the tool to achieve maximum results. Built and maintained the product’s support website and ticketing system. Developed all written documentation on using the product.

Collaborated with clients to create, deploy and report on e-mail campaigns. Responsible for all reporting objectives on a major client. Contributed to the Quarterly presentation given to clients on Metrics and Best Practices. Aided in mailing list creation and management.

Presented and provided wireless solutions to consumers in a retail location. Provided excellent customer service in a high volume atmosphere. Surpassed monthly budgets and was awarded company achievement awards. Performed well within a team and independently. Completed 3 separate company provided sales training courses.
