- Managed construction products, exceeding $200 million, on the island of Parrot Cay- Developed and constructed six private villas, on Parrot Cay- Developed and constructed three beach villas, on Parrot Cay- Sold over $48 million of real estate sales, on the island- Developed a hotel and spa that has consistently raked top 10, by major travel publications - Managed the renovation of Parrot Cays guest rooms and villas- Actively work with the Turks and Caicos government, for Parrot Cays continuous immaculate reputation- Established and developed various new buildings and infrastructures, on Parrot Cay- Actively manage and ensure continuous electrical and water supply to the island - Developed steam lined management, ensuring pristine control and reduced payroll

- Managed all operations, renovations and repositioning of a 340 room business and convention hotel- Repositioned all 6 hotels, through renovations, to appeal to an upscale clientele - Turned the company’s least profitable property, into the most profitable - Established a market share of value and services, which resulted in an excess of $2 million

- Managed the pre opening and then opening of Universal Studios first hotel, 750 rooms, 8 restaurants, a spa, and 42,000 square foot meeting space.- Ensured the hotel was most stunning and romantic Hotels in Orlando for Universal Studies, to achieve maximum profit and client retention.
